Manage art commissions in one place, build your business to last

A cross-platform commission workspace — quote sheet, requests, boards, queue, portfolio, running as one chain. Keep every project moving, and build a brand of your own.

No card required — subscriptions aren't open yet.

Convert every enquiry into a client

One workflow, six linked stages — every visitor you already have gets carried through to a booking, and every piece you deliver sends them back for the next one.

…and back to the top: the portfolio takes requests too

Artists' complaints about the tools they use

Inefficient tools cost you hours, cost you your clients' trust, and waste the traffic you worked hard for. Your energy should be going into the work.

i've been doing commissions on and off my entire art life and i feel like i've never had a 'good' way of keeping track of my queue.

I use Trello... but knowing it can look cluttered/not easy to read for clients, I made 2 versions

that 'observer' thing being paid is annoying af...for commissions, notion or even a simple google sheet works just as well without paying trello premium

I'm really just trying to make it so someone can't go into the board and move stuff around and write something offensive everywhere
Public boardsr/artbusiness
I've been in for a month now and hardly got any likes, followers, inquiries or commissions
VGenr/artbusiness
The only downside of VGen is the site tax but it's justified

artistree does a good chunk of the legwork for you if you do the whole process through the platform...but i don't think it's as customizable as trello

the sheet is too complicated, it's not difficult to understand but it takes a moment of reading to understand

What we do, and what we don't

We don't do traffic, payments or negotiation. We focus on your delivery workflow — every client served properly, every piece adding to a brand that stays yours.

StepWhat you use todayWhat goes wrongOur approach
Finding clientsVGen, Artistree, Twitter, DiscordNot ours. Your portfolio page converts the traffic you already have.
NegotiatingTwitter DMs, Discord, platform messagesNot ours — it stays in your DMs. We start once the deal is agreed.
QuotingCanva, free templates, a peer's layoutNo structured data — slow to build, and nobody can enquire from it.Quote sheet templates, built from structured sections.
Taking the enquiryGoogle Forms, DMsNothing is collected or announced on its own.Requests come in from the sheet and land in your inbox, with an email.
Getting paidPayPal, Stripe, platform checkoutMarketplaces take 5–6.5% of it.Not ours. Keep taking payment where you do now — 0% to us.
Managing the workTrello, NotionEvery client in one pile. Costly to explain, and cut off from your portfolio. One board per client. Same as Trello — nothing to learn.
SchedulingSpreadsheets, Milanote, a paper ledgerA separate queue to keep by hand. One ordered queue you drag into shape, and clients can see where they stand.
Showing the workTwitter, VGen, Artistree, CarrdSpread across four places, and the platform ones aren't yours.Finished projects become brand assets on their own.
